In this video, you’ll get an overview of the Net Asset Value (NAV) methodology, and you’ll learn the mechanics as well as the advantages and disadvantages compared to other intrinsic valuation methodologies such as the DCF. We will consult with equity research and 3rd party sources and look at several different approaches to the NAV model as well.
